About the Role
- Participate in recruitment process involving sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
- Provide professional HR and premium Admin services including onboarding, off-boarding, relocation, benefits, HR data management, travel desk, employee relations and fundamental training
- Support function and business leaders to improve business results by facilitating value-added people practice
- Assist to build up a positive company culture and foster changes and cohesion in the organization through professional services
- Identify and organise the staff training programmes and monthly new hire orientation
- Formulate and implement other HR initiatives and projects as and when directed by the Management
- Good university degree
- Independent, meticulous and with strong sense of responsibility
- Positive working attitude and a good team player
- Independent, analytical, resourceful, meticulous and able to multitask and work within timeline
